A solar pv installation which would be an aesthetic solution to further enhance the zero carbon credentials of the property, would not detract from the property and blend with the property’s natural surroundings.

A Unique Project

The curved roof posed a significant challenge so different options were discussed with the client. Being situated on the cost in an official ‘designated area of outstanding natural beauty’, we were required to comply with stringent planning regulations. The solution was to design and fabricate our own ballasted mounting kit to compliment and follow the curves and assist with irregular directional forces from the elements. The panels were carefully positioned to further compliment the curves and maintain the aesthetics of the property.
